Make [Her]Story Coaching Program Manager

Position Overview

The Make [Her]Story Program Manager at Mosaic Makers Co. will lead the development and implementation of the Make [Her]Story coaching and educational program, focused on empowering artisans and small business owners both within Mosaic and beyond. This role includes managing coaches, creating robust resources, and coordinating impactful events designed to support entrepreneurs in building thriving, product-based businesses.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Program Development & Coordination

 

  • Oversee all aspects of the Make [Her]Story program, ensuring a seamless experience for artisans and participants.

  • Manage and coordinate schedules for mentors and coaches, maintaining an organized and accessible booking system.

  • Actively participate as a daily leader in virtual community groups, engaging artisans, fostering discussions, and answering questions.

  • Create high-quality resources, including handouts, blog posts, and educational materials, tailored to the needs of small business owners.

 

Event Management

  • Collaborate with coaches to plan and host virtual and in-person events such as workshops, meet-ups, and educational seminars for artisans and makers.

  • Personally host events or facilitate collaborations with mentors, ensuring engaging and impactful experiences for participants.

 

Content Creation & Collaboration

  • Partner with the Marketing Manager to develop content for social media and blogs that speaks directly to artisans and small business owners, providing valuable insights and actionable advice.

  • Contribute ideas and content to enhance program visibility and relevance across platforms.

 

Reporting & Metrics

  • Submit detailed monthly reports on program performance, including metrics related to event participation, resource usage, and overall program impact.

 

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in program management, particularly in supporting small business owners or creative entrepreneurs.

  • Strong understanding of the product-based business journey and the unique challenges faced by artisans and makers.

  • Exceptional organizational and event planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience creating engaging educational content.

  • Familiarity with digital tools, including virtual event platforms, community engagement tools, and social media content creation.


Work Environment

  • Flexibility to manage your schedule and coordinate with coaches and artisans as needed.

  • Ability to host and attend events both virtually and in person.
