TK's Studio - The Card Kitchen
Here to bring fun mail back, and to never leave anything unsaid!
My name is Tatum Koehn, last name pronounced Kane! I graduated from Loyola University Chicago with a degree in Criminology a few years ago. While in college, I started selling charcoal realism drawings of people’s pets as a side hustle, but am happy to say I am running my business full time now! I recently expanded into turning my watercolor pieces into greeting cards, and sell them through what I like to call, my Card Kitchen.
These pieces were made in an effort to encourage young people to start sending mail to each other again. Our mailboxes have become full of already paid bills, advertisements, and subscriptions that are usually not even intended for us. My goal is to encourage people to write letters to their loved ones, and never leave anything unsaid. From evoking tears through the reveal of a pet’s portrait to creating a product that enables others to express their innermost thoughts, my studio aims to fill people's lives with sentimentality.
