From an early age, I was drawn to the art of mixing—specifically, creating food and beverage potions designed not just to taste delightful but to uplift, relax, and restore. A bit of a "kitchen witch," even then. Living with generalized anxiety, major depression, migraine disease, and digestive challenges, I sought ways to support my well-being while indulging in one of my greatest loves—coffee. Inspired by chemistry, plant wisdom, and the harmony of blending strengths, I created Stitchworks and its signature Integrated Coffee™—organic, shade-grown coffee infused with adaptogens, plants, and fungi to support holistic wellness. Stitchworks is built on three core values: Intentional sourcing, Inclusive education, and Reciprocity in relationship.
