Fueled by a lifelong passion for makeup and frustrated by the lack of vibrant eyeliners suitable for all skin types, including those reflecting my Caribbean heritage, I decided to create my own.

After much experimentation, research, and overcoming setbacks, I developed a high-quality pigmented eyeliner formula that met all my expectations. Excited by the breakthrough, I shared my creation with my husband, Steve Gordon, who proposed turning this into a business. After successful lab tests and positive feedback from wearing the eyeliners and sharing samples with friends for two years, we recognized the potential of these eyeliners. The enthusiasm and compliments received confirmed the demand for such a product. Inspired, my husband then came up with the perfect name, "Ooh Girl!", for our brand in July 2024, capturing the essence and joy our products bring to their users!
